Scottsdale is a large city, internationally known for its plethora of annual events drawing visitors from across the Globe – the PGA tour, spring training, the Barrett Jackson auto show to name a few. Old Town Scottsdale to the south heralds the bygone era of Cowboys and the Wild West combined with the hip coffee shops and art galleries of today’s modern residents. Scottsdale Fashion Square provides plenty of shopping and restaurants for even the most discerning among us. Homes tend to be mid century ranch style with some coveted Mid Century Modern architectural styles sprinkled throughout the community. There are also some incredible townhome, patio home and condo communities all within walking distance to all Old Town has to offer.
