Welcome to Paradise Valley

Paradise Valley is a township north of the Biltmore between Phoenix and Scottsdale with larger lots and more desert landscaping than some of the neighboring communities. A “newer” community than some of the pockets to the south, homes in this area tend to be late 80s builds and newer, set back on estate-sized lots.

Offering hiking, close access to parks, mountains, and golf courses, the “PV” area has plenty of shopping and outdoor activities. It’s a bit more suburban than urban, with some equestrian properties dotted throughout the community. The Paradise Valley mall is currently undergoing a large renovation set to unveil its new look in late 2022.
