Paradise Valley

Paradise Valley is a township north of the Biltmore between Phoenix and Scottsdale with larger lots and more desert landscaping than some of the neighboring communities. A “newer” community than some of the pockets to the south, homes in this area tend to be late 80s builds and newer set back on estate sized lots. Offering hiking, close access to parks, mountains and golf courses the “PV” area has plenty of shopping and outdoor activities. It’s a bit more suburban than urban, with some equestrian properties dotted throughout the community. The Paradise Valley mall is currently undergoing a large renovation set to unveil its new look in late 2022.
